| The museum of glass icons, |

The
museum of glass icons Zosim Oancea, founded in 1969
from public donations, is the biggest glass icons museum
in Europe. The museum has the most valuable collection
of glass and wooden icons, pottery, furniture pieces,
home-made fabrics and antique books.

| The church of Sibiel, |
 |
The
church has the titular saint of the “Holy
Trinity“ and
was declared historic monument in the year 1924; it
dates from the XVIIIth century (was built in 1765),
and the painting and fresco were made between the years
1774-1775 by Stan Zugravul. |

| The Monastery of Sibiel, |

km from Sibiel up into the mountain, you can visit
the monastery “Chilii” that also dates
from the beginning of the XVIIIth century. |

| The crucifixes, |

Alongside
the village, there are three crucifixes built in stone
and brick, that have more than 150 years (1803, 1818,
1817), with fresco and wood crosses on the inside. |

on the Cetatea hill - it was documentarily referred
to in 1383 and was part of the defence system of Transylvania’s
